How much does it cost?
  • Pay-as-you-Go £5 per session
  • Pay monthly £40 per person
  • Pay for 3 months £100

How do I book onto a session?
  • All sessions will be accessed via a Zoom link
  • All payments must be received before the session starts
  • On payment a Zoom link will be sent to you
  • Register you details below and indicate if you are paying per session or monthly
 What equipment do I need?
In some sessions your will be required to use weighted objects to perform exercise with. Weighted objects can be dumbbells 1-4 kg, bottled water, bags of sugar, racing boots, house bricks, bags of sand etc anything goes

The session in March will be done in full race kit, kevlars, body armour, boots, helmet and goggles,
