WHAT TO EXPECT
- Morning exercise session to get your warmed up for the day such as Thighs, Tums & Booty, HIIT circuits, Tone and Fat Burn, Core Strength Conditioning and a Hike to Darwin Tower
- Afternoon 1-2-1 personal training sessions where the sole focus is on you
- Afternoon pamper sessions - aromatherapy massages, luxury facials, Chakra balance, Body sculpt with sauna blanket and Wellness workshops in body confidence/goal setting
- Accommodation, meals and refreshments are included
