The Bootcamp offers strenuous challenges including an Extreme Beach Circuit, a Powerhouse Adventure Run and the penultimate Race the Sun power climb. All programmes are set against various beauty spot locations including Cape Greko and Nissi Beach.

The sunshine has such good medicinal properties, it is uplifting mentally and is the perfect ingredient to achieving the best physical output. I have personally visited and selected each of the Bootcamp locations designing a comprehensive training programme to complement the stunning views. Use the challenge of a Bootcamp as a springboard to making exercise a habit. Get the  buzz that exercise gives you after a hard training session, guaranteed smiles each day and feeling very proud of your achievements.”

Why it is going to benefit you?
It is really important to train correctly, understand how your body works and embrace the fact that exercise is not easy. We hear a lot that exercise is prescribed for managing stress but have you ever asked yourself why? we also sometimes set goals which are not achievable leaving us disheartened and we fall off the exercise wagon. Have you ever asked yourself why you are exercising and evaluated to see if what your are doing the right exercise to reach your goals. If you are a 100m sprinter you do not train to run a marathon. My view is to keep your exercise routine simple, keep to the basic and you will not go wrong. However, your sometimes need to shock your body, get out your comfort zone and go do something that will challenge you.
