Holistic fitness trainer James Luckman, aka Papa Luckman is set to launches his second year of fitness bootcamps in Cyprus.

The Bootcamp offers strenuous challenges including an Extreme Beach Circuit, a Powerhouse Adventure Run and the penultimate Race the Sun power climb. All programmes are set against various beauty spot locations including Cape Greko and Nissi Beach.
The sunshine has such good medicinal properties, it is uplifting mentally and is the perfect ingredient to achieving the best physical output. I have personally visited and selected each of the Bootcamp locations designing a comprehensive training programme to complement the stunning views. Use the challenge of a Bootcamp as a springboard to making exercise a habit.
